Jayden learned the importance of business at an early age while watching his father who made a living as a company executive. After graduating high school, Jayden decided to pursue his education at Emerson College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications, he was later offered a position with a local marketing company. It was there that Hargreaves knew that his passion of environmental marketing would never be fulfilled while working for a large corporate company.

Jayden knew that if he was ever going to start his own thriving business, he’d have to save up as much money as he possibly could. To accomplish this, Jayden made some necessary yet beneficial life changes; instead of driving his car to work, he began biking the ten miles into the city and brought his lunch every day for four years. Working in the mail room also opened up Jayden’s eyes to the amount of paper that could be conserved by shifting towards a completely electronic system. After many years of hard work and dedication, Hargreaves left the corporate world and started his own environmental marketing business, finally achieving the passion he had spent so many years working to succeed.

Currently, Hargreaves spends his days diligently working as CEO, promoting eco-friendly business tactics and money-saving practices to other businesses around the country. Jayden operates his company from the comfort of his own home, holding weekly breakfast meetings with his employees over coffee, doughnuts and cheerios. Jayden and his staff are extremely passionate about marketing eco-friendly business practices including carpooling, biking to work and reducing the amount of paper that is used on a daily basis. Although Jayden is devoted to his career, he always makes time for his family. Jayden and his wife Casey met while volunteering for a charity event through the local Humane Society. It was love at first sight for the couple, and exactly one year later the two tied the knot at Thompson Island Outward Bound in Boston.

When he isn’t spending time with his wife and two year old son Jackson, Jayden can be found hiking the mountainous trails with his best friend; a Bernese Mountain dog named Buck. He also thoroughly enjoys running and has been a frequent contestant in both the Boston and New York City marathons.
